How much does it cost?

Founding members get 2 weeks free, after a one-off C$95 setup fee for your local phone number in Canada. After that, Solo is C$179 a month (handles up to 80 customers a month), Standard is C$269 a month (up to 120) and Growth is C$549 a month (up to 250). Everyone who gets in touch counts once a month, however many times. Pay yearly in advance and you get 2 months free. Busier businesses get a custom plan, and a busy month never costs extra.

Is there a contract?

No. Pathir is month to month, or yearly if you pay in advance and get 2 months free. There's no minimum term. The only extra is the one-off C$95 setup fee for your local number.

What happens if I cancel?

Just cancel from your dashboard and your plan won't renew. Everything keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then it stops: if you paid yearly, that's the end of your year. We don't refund part-used months or years. No calls, no forms, no notice period.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Nothing more is charged until you choose a plan. Pick a plan to keep your receptionist, or simply let the trial end.

Is it secure?

Yes. Everything is encrypted in transit, passwords are never stored, the logins for services you connect are encrypted, and each business only ever sees its own data. For clinics, callers' identity is checked before anything private is shared. Your data is never used to train AI. How we keep data safe.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Enter your website, have a 3-minute call with Poppy, and your receptionist is ready with its own number, text line and email address.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. Pathir gives you a new number for customers to call and text. You can also have urgent calls, or anything you choose, put through to your own phone.

Why does replying fast matter?

Customers often contact a few businesses at once and go with whoever gets back to them first. If you're busy with a customer and reply hours later, they've usually booked someone else. Pathir replies in seconds, day and night, so you get there first.

What if it doesn't know the answer?

It never makes things up. It takes the customer's details and flags the conversation for you, so you can get back to them.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. Connect Google Calendar, or Cliniko if you run a clinic, and it books, moves and cancels appointments, then sends the customer confirmations and reminders they can reply to.

Can I teach it how I like things done?

Yes. Review any conversation with Poppy and tell her what to do differently. Your receptionist learns from it straight away.
