Pathir is an AI front desk for small businesses. It answers calls, texts and emails, books appointments and sends reminders, so owners can stay on the job instead of on the phone.
Why we built it
Small businesses lose customers every day to missed calls and slow replies. Most can't justify a full-time receptionist, and voicemail doesn't book jobs. Pathir gives every business a receptionist that never misses a call, knows the business from its own website, and gets better every time the owner gives feedback.
How it works
An owner enters their website. Pathir reads it, then Poppy, our setup assistant, has a 3-minute call to fill in the gaps. About 5 minutes later the business has its own phone number, text line and email address, answered by its own AI receptionist.
