The service
Pathir, provided by Pathir Ltd, gives your business an AI receptionist that answers calls, texts and emails, manages bookings and sends messages for you. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
Free trial and plans
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card needed. To keep using Pathir afterwards, choose a paid plan. Plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from your dashboard; your plan then runs to the end of the period you've paid for (for yearly plans, the end of that year). We don't give refunds for part-used months or years. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the information you give your receptionist, for checking its setup, and for having the right to share your customers' details with us. You must use Pathir lawfully, including the rules on marketing messages; customers who reply STOP aren't texted again. Don't use Pathir for emergencies where a human must answer.
AI limitations
Your receptionist uses AI and can make mistakes. It's designed to take a message when unsure and to put urgent calls through to you, but you should review conversations and correct it. Pathir doesn't give medical, legal or financial advice.
Your data
Your business data stays yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. When you delete your account, your data is deleted.
Liability
We provide Pathir with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending the service
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or don't pay. You can close your account at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
